Hi, I'm Karina, and I bring my mobile matcha catering cart to weddings, office parties, showers, and pop-ups across the Capital Region and Hudson Valley. Every drink is made to order with first-grade ceremonial matcha, whisked by hand with a bamboo chasen, and served with a smile. You pick the date, we handle the rest.

What's Included
The Cart & Baristas
Our full mobile matcha bar arrives staffed and stocked. We pour, we chat, we keep the line moving.
Cups & All Supplies
Cups, milks (dairy and oat), syrups, ice, everything. There is nothing for you to source or rent.
Setup & Teardown
We arrive early, set up ourselves, and pack everything down when the last cup is poured.
A Self-Contained Setup
All we need from your venue is a bit of space to set up the cart and stand behind it. It's fully self-contained, so no table and no power outlet required, indoors or out.
We're based in the Albany area and serve the whole Capital Region and Hudson Valley. Travel is included within 20 miles of Albany; a travel fee applies beyond that.

Every booking includes a setup fee covering travel, setup, teardown, and staffing. What moves the price is simple: your drink count, your distance from Albany, and any add-ons like custom cup branding, a specialty latte, or a Matcha Lab custom flavor. Bookings start with a setup fee that covers travel, setup, teardown, and staffing, then you choose a package by drink count: 25 drinks (1.5 hours of service), 50 drinks (2 hours), or 100 drinks (3.5 hours). Drink count, travel distance, and add-ons are what move the price. Reach out with your date and guest count for an exact quote.
We serve the whole Capital Region and Hudson Valley. Travel is included within 20 miles of Albany, and a travel fee applies beyond that. If you're not sure whether your venue is in range, just ask!
We recommend 2 to 4 weeks in advance. Popular dates, especially weekends in the warmer months, book up fast, so the earlier you reach out, the better.
Just a bit of space! The cart is fully self-contained, so we don't need a table or a power outlet. We bring the cart, baristas, cups, and all supplies, handle setup and teardown, and leave the space how we found it.
Yes! Custom cup branding puts your name, logo, or event theme on every drink, and our Matcha Lab add-on lets us formulate a custom matcha or tea flavor exclusively for your event.
